| Harmonisierung des OperatorRef-Formats in OJP 2.0 ab dem 29. Juli 2026 |
| |

| Internationale Fernbusverbindungen jetzt in OJP 2.0 integriert |
| |

| GTFS Static Export: Weitere Umsteigezeiten in transfers.txt |
| |

| Neue Mock- und Realtime-Testdaten für OJP auf GitHub verfügbar |
| |

| Harmonisation of the OperatorRef format in OJP 2.0 from 29th July 2026 |
| |
| Source: unsplash.com |
To further harmonise the OJP 2.0 standard, the format of OperatorRef will be adjusted on 29th July 2026: the current representation of GO number 11 will in future be output as ojp:11. Recipients of OJP responses must ensure that they are able to handle the new notation. However, the content of OperatorRef may vary and may also change in the future. The following variants are possible: 1. L7____ ➔ Foreign operators 2. 11 ➔ GO-number (to be removed on 29th July 2026) 3. ojp:11: ➔ GO-number with prefix (new notation as of 29th July 2026) 4. ch:1:sboid:101815 ➔ SBOID-format OJP responses will primarily include variants 1 ('L7____') and 3 ('ojp:…'). As OJP data is merged from different sources, the transition to the OperatorRef format will take place gradually. Recipients are therefore requested to prepare their systems to ensure correct processing of all format variants listed above.
Important: This adjustment does not yet represent a transition to the Swiss Business Organisation Identifier (SBOID), but is an initial step towards harmonising the format. The detailed analysis of the SBOID migration has not yet been completed. In a first step, we will populate the SBOID in an additional 'SBOID' element. |

| International coach connections now integrated in OJP 2.0 |
| |
| Source: flickr.com |
From now on, long-distance coach services from FlixBus and BlaBlaCar are available in OJP 2.0. The corresponding stops can be retrieved via the LocationInformationRequest (LIR), while the connections themselves are searchable via the TripRequest (TR). At present, these coach services are classified as PtMode = Bus / BusSubmode = expressBus. At a later stage, this will be updated to PtMode = coach / coachSubmode = internationalCoach. Currently, no real-time information is available for these services. Transfer times are based on actual walking distances and include a default safety buffer of 60 seconds. Due to cabotage restrictions, domestic Swiss-only connections are automatically excluded (unless the route passes through another country). A corresponding info tag is attached to these connections.

| Adjustment of the SIRI-SX API endpoint |
| |
As previously announced, we removed the unplanned incidents from API LA-SIRI-SX on 30th June 2026. As a result of this change, we have also adjusted our Plans for the usage of the existing and new API. The Plans and APIs are now structured as follows: - Plan SIRI-SX | API LA-SIRI-SX | 48 requests per day and 10 per hour - Plan SIRI-SX-UNPLANNED | API LA-SIRI-SX-UNPLANNED | 2 requests per minute Important: For the use of planned events, all users must obtain a new key by 30th September 2026, as planned events will from that date only be provided via the API LA-SIRI-SX. The existing key will continue to work as API LA-SIRI-SX-UNPLANNED. |

| GTFS Static Export: Additional Transfer Times in transfers.txt |
| |
| Source: unsplash.com |
Starting with the export of 20th July 2026, we will extend transfers.txt with previously missing transfer times from HRDF. At the same time, we will add a new column service_id to transfers.txt. This allows us to also specify through connections with limited validity in transfers.txt. The goal is to further improve the representation of transfer times from HRDF. 👉 Further information will be available shortly in our Cookbook. |

| New OJP mock and real-time test data now available on GitHub |
| |
| Source: unsplash.com |
We have expanded the tests on GitHub: OJP requests and responses are now available, some of which are supplemented with SIRI and GTFS data recorded during operations. These serve as mock data for our own tests and illustrate how real-time information is exchanged via different channels; this exchange may vary depending on the mode of transport or operator. As an additional option for testing your own applications in real time, specific use cases are continuously being added to OJP 2.0 INT. The associated requests, including test conditions, are available on GitHub as Postman and Bruno collections. These real-time use cases can also be used for testing. An API key for access to OJP 2.0 INT is required which can be requested from opendata@sbb.ch with appropriate justification. 👉 Further information is available on GitHub at the following link. |
